My Mission

Let’s face it. There are a lot of places where you can buy cookies. You can buy them at a bakery. You can buy them at a grocery store. You can buy them from a bakery at the grocery store. Or you can buy them online. I think you should buy them online…from me. What makes me different from all the other online cookie companies? My attention to quality. My attention to flavor. My attention to YOU, my customer.

Anybody who has ever tried to start a business knows how tough it is. My aim is to develop a customer base through word-of-mouth advertising.

You are here because you have been given, or were told about, AuntieLicious cookies by a friend. Somebody I know has referred you, or referred a friend who has referred you. That’s the way I like it. And that’s how I want to build my business. Customer satisfaction. Word-of-mouth. Reputation. Referrals and repeat business. These are the things that are important to me. These are the ways I can make my company grow.

What I Want

I’m not looking to sell cookies like Mrs. Fields sells cookies. I’m looking to sell cookies to a small market, to people like you who appreciate freshness and quality, and that special caring touch. I want my customers to know that your business is very special to me. I appreciate your business. I want you to be happy. I want you to enjoy eating or sharing my cookies as much as I enjoy making them for you.

I’m starting out as a small business. I plan on staying a small business but I do plan on extending my product offerings. For the time being, I will make and sell traditional varieties of cookies like chocolate chip or oatmeal or peanut butter. Soon I will begin offering my sister’s world famous, hand rolled, hand decorated sugar cookies. First I have to steal her recipe and study her technique! I can’t – I won’t – offer them until mine are as deliciously perfect as hers! Slowly I will begin adding more kinds of cookies as well as some of my other special treats, including my chocolate and penuche fudges, ice cream toppings, coffee cakes, and brownies. But for now I am focusing my energy on providing delicious cookies made the way you like them. I want to continue to give my customers the quality and attention you deserve.

Special Orders

Every product I make is made fresh with quality ingredients. Each batch is made to order. I don’t make cookies until I receive a request. This allows me to offer you the opportunity to order the kinds of treats YOU want, the way you want them made. If you want pecans in your cookies, let me know. If you want extra chocolate chips, let me know. You don’t like raisins in your oatmeal cookies? No problem, you can have raisin-free oatmeal cookies! I want my treats to make you happy. I will do whatever I can to accommodate your special requests. I want you to be a repeat customer. I want you to tell your friends about me. I want to EARN your business! Use the special instructions section on the order form found at our storefront, or email me with special requests at auntie@auntielicious.com.

Because I am a set-up as a micro-bakery I can easily adapt my recipes to your tastes and needs. I can offer unique flavor combinations, different mix-ins, special sizes, and varied quantities. You can have your cookies individually wrapped or packaged by the tin. If you have a favorite recipe your great-grandmother left to you but you just don’t have the knack for baking, talk to me and we’ll see if I can make your favorites for you. Are you planning a special event? I can customize the labels on individually wrapped cookies. Cookies make great favors for parties or weddings! Trying to raise money for a special cause? Sell cookies! Giving cookies is a great way to show someone you’re thinking of them, show them you care. Let me customize your labels and you can show your employees your appreciation for a job well done or show your clients you appreciate their business. Show them the cookies!!
